Transportation of materials
- Some jobs require the transportation of windows off-site for repair. While in my possession, I take full responsibility for your property and remain liable for any damage caused.
- When an item must be transported off site for further work, a quote range estimate will be provided for the owner to approve in good faith. This must be approved before any work can start.
Third party:
- Payment for any work arranged by Dover Heights Window Repairs on the owners behalf and performed by an agreed upon 3rd party business, is made directly to that business by the owner, and not Dover Heights Window Repairs.
- Work will only commence once costs have been both established and agreed upon.
Limitations
- For complex problems such as systemic corrosion, it’s best to contact a bigger company with the capacity to cater for mid to large sized projects.
